I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service and want you to find as much joy in your purchase as I found while creating it. Although I do my best to photograph each piece as true to life as possible, please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in color due to lighting, etc.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receipt to coordinate a return and to receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label. *see below for exceptions* Returns will be accepted in exchange for store credit. All products should be packaged, in original condition, and returned with the same care as it was shipped to you.
*There will be no returns accepted on custom, commission, or personalized products.*
SHIPPING
Once a purchase has been placed, I will package and ship your order within 3-5 business days. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail so your 'pretties' will arrive more quickly. You will receive a tracking number from me so you can follow your order in-transit.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Once a 'Made To Order Item' is purchased, it will be completed within 2 weeks (possibly less depending on my production schedule). Each piece is handmade and created by me. Please be aware that there may be slight variations when it comes to a 'Made To Order Item'. I do my best to be consistent with the image posted. Please contact me prior to purchasing a 'Made To Order Item' should you need it shipped in less than 2 weeks.
